This is the Angel Oak tree that resides right outside of Kiawah Island. It is over 500 years old and
has many branches.

I have been told via e-mail that the Angel Oak is actually 1400 - 1500 years old. Thanks go to Reagan (A Charlestonian) for the correct information.
